This course examines how organizations actually implement AI in day‑to‑day work. It covers how teams identify appropriate AI use cases, setup operating models to support adoption, define roles and responsibilities, manage risk and governance, and decide what success looks like. Participants will study how AI moves from individual experimentation to shared practice, how internal champions enable adoption across functions, and how organizations measure impact and plan next steps. The focus is on practical structures, decision frameworks, and patterns used inside real companies, rather than tools or technical implementation.
Classes are a combination of lecture, peer-review, in-class work and take-home reading and homework.
- Attendees should have general familiarity with AI products and capabilities, and good understanding of how companies are structured around work
- Target roles may include department leads, intrapreneurs, product managers, program managers, consultants, job seekers
By the end of the course, every student will have a portfolio item as to how they would enact AI innovation in the workplace, to be used within their organization or for a job search.
Weekly commitment:
All classes are from 6-7:15PM. Zoom links will be sent before the class.
