Fil Graniczny is a software engineer and community builder based in San Francisco. As AI LA's first full-time hire, he joined as Director of Operations when the community had just 10,000 members. He launched the AI LA Ambassador program and scaled programming from 20 to 120 events annually—nearly tripling the community to over 30,000 members by 2025.

Today, Fil serves as AI LA's Growth Engineer, building out membership programs and digital products that fuel the community's continued expansion.

He is also the co-founder and CEO of Invite, an AI-native event management platform built for modern growth teams. Across his career, he has produced more than 400 events across six states—from hackathons and conferences to concerts and founder mixers—building communities that drive innovation and collaboration.
