Lauren Bradley is the Director of Government & Community Relations at The Jackson Laboratory, where she builds partnerships that translate biomedical discovery into real-world impact. Working at the intersection of policy, innovation, community, and emerging technologies like artificial intelligence, she collaborates with lawmakers, life science leaders, and advocates to support responsible research, workforce development, and public engagement. Lauren is also a co-founder and Chair of Women In Bio–Los Angeles, and she’s known for connecting big ideas across disciplines to drive thoughtful, people-centered innovation.
