Rita Sargsyan is a community builder and emerging technology leader focused on strengthening access to AI education and opportunity. She serves as Program Director and Founders & Investors Ambassador at AI LA, where she leads the IDEAS Program—scaling it to six cohorts, doubling participation, and supporting students across Los Angeles County's community colleges.

With a B.S. in Applied Mathematics from UCLA, Rita brings a strong technical foundation alongside experience in startups, venture capital, and biotech, including work in data science, strategy, portfolio management, and investor relations. She has helped organize hundreds of events across the startup, AI, and VC ecosystem featuring leaders from Google, Y Combinator, HeyGen, M13, and more, building bridges between talent, founders, investors, and institutions. Her work centers on building scalable pathways that support emerging AI talent while strengthening connections between founders, investors, and the broader startup ecosystem.
