Tejal Ajmera is the CFO/COO of KCRW, NPR’s flagship member station in Southern California. She oversees finance, operations, HR, data, and technology, driving strategic initiatives that support the organization’s long-term sustainability and growth.

With over two decades of experience across media, entertainment, and consumer industries, Tejal has led major financing efforts, M&A transactions, and content licensing deals. At KCRW, she has helped launch new programming, develop an AI strategy, and expand distribution opportunities for original content.

Previously, she served as CFO/COO of Kin Community, where she helped raise over $40 million in funding, and helped build new revenue streams through digital distribution and partnerships.
