
Usma Chaudhry, PharmD, BCPS is a clinical pharmacist, educator, and digital health innovator dedicated to advancing responsible AI adoption in healthcare. With more than seven years of experience across critical care, long-term care, and health system leadership, she brings frontline clinical insight into emerging technology initiatives.
Usma leads Education & Workforce Development for AI LA's Health Committee, where she develops programs that equip clinicians, technologists, and students with practical skills in AI literacy, implementation, and ethics.
Her work includes contributing to AI model validation (TalkRx) and earning an award at the MIT GrandHack as part of a team improving AI tools for women's cardiovascular health. She also supported the organization of AI LA's Life Summit. She is building Health Talk Café to help clinicians understand emerging AI technologies and adopt them responsibly.
